Tom Burrell

Vice President, PEMA and Global Infrastructure, Marsh

Tom is part of Marsh’s PEMA and Global Infrastructure Practices, working with investors and their portfolio investments across all risk and insurance-related aspects of a transaction’s lifecycle.

Tom has seven years’ experience in the infrastructure insurance advisory sector, having worked with investors and assets across a wide range of classes, including fibre, telecoms, ports and terminals, rail, airports, onshore and offshore wind, anaerobic digestion, and energy from waste, as well as social infrastructure.

Tom has a specific interest in the energy transition and how insurance products and services can support clients investing in such sectors. He is a member of the IPFA’s Future Leader Networks UK Committee, where he helps promote the interests and needs of the infrastructure sector amongst younger professionals.

He holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance, as well as the International Certificate in Risk Management and a first-class degree in Modern Languages from the University of Bristol.
